BIRTH-CHRISTENING:
Quebec Parish & Missionary Records of Northern New York
& Vermont, Baptisms, Marriages, Burials & Abjurations;p.1

Birth

  Placide Amelin About Oct, 1809

  Charles Amelin, 10 Jan. 1818

Parents- Charles Amelin and Marie Bureau

Placide is male, does it have an English equivalent?
I have never seen the actual listing, this came to me recently in an email,
I'm currently in the process of tracking it down. Charles b.1818,would seem to
correspond to the birth of the Charles Amlaw that married Adaline Dumont.
Marie Bureau would be Agathe Bureau, she would be about 40 in 1809, she would be 48-49
by 1818. It's possible but........ I'll keep after it.

More to Come !!!
