Know all men by these presents that one Charles Amlaw and Agate his wife and Baptist Amlaw first of the town of Chazy County of Clinton and State of New York in consideration Ten Dollars to us in hand paid by Baptist Amlaw second of said Chazy the reciept whereof we do hereby acknowledge have bargained and sold and quitclaimed and by these presents do bargain sell and quitclaim unto the said Baptist Amlaw and to his heirs and assigns forever all our right title interest estate claim and demand both at law and in equity as well in (possession?) as in (...tancy?) of in and to all that certain farm or parcel of land situated in said Chazy Known by lot number Sixty five of the lands granted to Elkayah Dean and thus lying on the Lake shore with all and singular the (her...itaments?) and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
